ESG's facilities engineering and construction teams are experienced in the planning and implementation of green-field and brown-field projects in diverse geographical regions and environments, both on- and off-shore. At the planning stage potential risks can be identified and mitigated. We conduct pre-project appraisals to optimize project costs, schedules and economics.

Our specialists can provide a detailed execution plan which includes the Basis of Design, FEED, risk management and HSE plans and full Statement of Requirements. During implementation ESG can undertake detailed planning, project manage the suppliers and construction contractors and supervise the installation and commissioning of facilities.

ESG provides the expertise and resources to manage the full cycle of the Capital Value Process (CVP). This ensures that projects are properly designed and planned prior to final engineering and construction, and avoids costly re-design and modification.

ESG specialize in the project management of both Early and Central Production Facilities projects. An Early Production Facility can vastly improve project economics by accelerating early project revenue. ESG can provide modular designs that allow flexibility for expansion whilst reservoir performance is being established during extended well tests, prior to design of the Central Production Facility.

ESG have significant experience in all aspects of onshore and offshore pipelay. From the management of logistics of pipe manufacture and quality control/inspection to pipe haul; construction and stress engineering, surveys and route selection; welding QC and inspection to installation, pigging and testing.
